Personal Reflection collage

Now I'm free, free to be me. I am free to read, watch movies and just enjoy life. I'm free to drink all the coffee my nervous system can handle while watching the autumn leaves fall.

For every moment leading up to now, I've had the weight of being the daughter and friend and student that was expected of me, the person that I was labeled at a young age. Now I’m doing something new, something unlabeled and something true. I'm starting anew, letting me leaves fall, reenergizing and learning who I am to become who I want to be-- evermore growing.

Architecture will always be a part of me and my grow. From HGTV on Saturday mornings to architecture in my sculpture class to architecture classes in college. As I’ve grown so has my love architecture, and my love was with me in my visit to France and my car rides through my hometown and I hope it will stay.

I will be free, free to be me. Free to read, watch movies and just enjoy life. Free to drink all the coffee my nervous system can handle while watching the autumn leaves fall.

Every moment is leading up to my future, I will no longer be dragging the weight of being the daughter and friend and student that was expected of me, the person that I was labeled at a young age. I will be doing something new, something unlabeled and something true to me. I won’t be new by learning who I am to become who I want to be—still, evermore growing.

Architecture will always be a part of me and my grow. From architecture classes in college to who I will become. As I grow up, so has my love architecture, and my love will be with me in my travels and adventures and my car rides.
